Greenline Consulting is a strategic partnership between Sarah Goddard and Jennifer Spaeth. We offer comprehensive human resource solutions, internal audit, management consulting, business analysis, and professional services.
Greenline Consulting has over 30 years combined experience and training in domestic and international recruitment, dispute resolution, compensation research and analysis, HR policy development, workforce planning, research, aligning your strategic plan with meaningful plan for your Human Resources needs.
We also offer full and partial Human Resources audits, based on an internationally recognized framework which results in a set of best practices for your to rely on.
We boast an excellent record of finding effective solutions to extremely difficult HR problems. Most importantly, our mission is to connect our clients with effective long-term solutions and plans.
We are experts in our field, and make Regina our home. We pride ourselves on our innovative, creative approach.
We are experts in Saskatchewan operations and are intimately familiar with the nuances of the Saskatchewan Employment Standards Regulations and Saskatchewan Employment Act. As a result, Greenline Consulting understands the Saskatchewan labour market, and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
